The Single Slide Rail System Type EG-FP is a modular system with a one track guidance for the insertion of the shoring plates. The slide rail shoring plates are equipped with special T-shaped side adapters to slide into the rail for a trench depth of up to ~3.80 m.
This system can also be used in poor or unstable soil conditions, as the special T-shaped side adapters ensure a positive connection to the slide rails. The Single Slide Rail System Type EG-FP is installed by alternately pushing and lowering (Dig and Push method).
The Single Slide Rail Type EG-FP is braced by our rugged standard struts and the articulated spring mushroom fittings. The system can be used for a trench width from 1.31 m to 3.61 m and ensures a pipe clearance of up to ~1.65 m.
The slide rail plates used are identical in all our Slide Rail Systems enabling a high level of flexibility and compatibility. The standard length of the Slide Rail plates is 2.00 to 5.00 m; however, the 3.50 m long plate is the most common for this system.
In combination with our Corner Slide Rails, the system can be used for all four side closed pits.
