The Parallel Single Slide Rail Shoring is a modular system with a one track guidance for the insertion of the shoring plates. The slide rail shoring plates are equipped with special T-shaped side adapters to slide into the rail for a trench depth of up to ~3.80 m.
This system can also be used in poor or unstable soil conditions, as the special T-shaped side adapters ensure a positive connection to the slide rails. The Parallel Single Slide Rail Shoring is pushed vertically into the ground by alternately pushing and lowering (Dig and Push method).
The installation is free of vibration ensuring that there will be no damage to adjacent structures. It´s equally ideal for laying large diameter and long pipes. The modular system accommodates a variety of job site requirements.
In combination with our Corner Slide Rails this modular system can be used for jacking and receiving shafts for micro-tunneling works, or for all four sides closed pits. Special adjustable clamping devices are also available for large free span work zones.
Three individual rigid rolling frames, vertically and horizontally moveable are available to brace the Parallel Single Slide Rail Shoring system. The rolling frames guarantee a parallel position of the components at any time. The trench width remains unchanged during construction.
Our rolling frames:
Each of our different rolling frames has its respective merits, which will be explained on the following pages.
